Track Brewing Co has collaborated with the Manchester Hop Project once again on Manchester Fresh Hop Golden Ale.
This year, the beer recipe includes fresh Fuggle, Prima Donna, Centennial, and Cascade hops, hand picked and donated by the Manchester Hop Project members.
The result is crisp with a bready malt character that gives way to an assertive and long bitterness. “We get fresh bread, biscuit crumb, with a delicate citrus zip, a real ode to the traditional ales that we were reared on,” says the brewer.

As well as their own fresh hop releases, Harvest: A Fresh Hop Celebration will also feature fresh hop cask beers from 15 other UK breweries, including Verdant, Beak, DEYA, Oakham, and The Kernel.
