To mark International Gruit Day we gathered three expert gruit ale brewers for a gruit ale roundtable discussing what is gruit ale? the history of the beer style, why they brew it, and where its going.

Taking part were Markus from Lahnsteiner Brewery in Germany 🇩🇪 (and also organiser of International Gruit Day), Simonas from 🇱🇹Lithuanian Craft Brewery Dundulis , and Stoycho from Rhombus in Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Stoycho gave us his opinion on what the future of Gruits might be.
