We’re Hiring a Customer Service & Accounts Receivable Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Celbridge, Kildare – Office based (with hybrid flexibility post-probation)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
Contract Type: Part-Time

We are a dynamic and growing brewery seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, office-based role with the option to work remotely 1–2 days per week following a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily processing of sales orders from sales reps and customers
  • Booking in orders for delivery to key retail partners (e.g. Tesco, Lidl, Dunnes, Musgraves)
  • Posting invoices, credit notes, and monthly statements to customers
  • Updating and reconciling cash receipts daily
  • Managing direct debit collections and other accounts receivable tasks
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts, including updating price files
  • Liaising with warehouse staff and hauliers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Scanning and batching proof of deliveries
  • Providing holiday cover for team members as required
  • Supporting with ad hoc accounting duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service and accounts receivable functions
  • Familiarity with processing sales orders and invoicing
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 preferred but not essential
