New beer launches and collaborations this week, in store, on bars, and online, from around the UK.

UnBarred Superfruit

Superfruit: Morello Cherry is a new 3.3% ABV sour from UnBarred. Lashings of Morello cherry purée go into the base sour to make it juicy, ripe, and fruit forward, with only a refreshing twist of tartness. “More ripe fruit than face-pucker,” says the brewer.

Vibrant Forest Wide Open Space

It’s not a gimmick, insist Vibrant Forest of their new 4.5% ABV cucumber and mint sour, Wide Open Space. “Think freshly sliced cucumber, cool garden mint, and a bright, clean citrusy tartness,” says the brewer. “It’s crisp, light, and unbelievably refreshing on a hot day.”

Beak Patina

Patina (6.5% ABV) is a new IPA from Beak, showcasing Elani hops from Crosby, backed by Citra and Motueka. Soft, tropical, and juicy, it offers saturated flavours of pink guava, pineapple Jolly Ranchers, tangerines, and a twist of lime.

Amity Six Summers

Amity celebrated their sixth anniversary at the weekend, with their AmityFest event. And there’s a birthday brew, of course: Six Summers, a 6.6% ABV DDH IPA. It’s packed with tropical intensity — think ripe mango, passionfruit and guava.

Stewart Brewing cocktails

Stewart Brewing have been inspired by cocktails for two new specials. With juicy strawberries, zesty lime, and a sweet vanilla finish, Strawberry Daiqiri is a 5.4% ABV juicy pale, while Creamy Colada (5.9% ABV) is a smooth, tropical, and refreshing milkshake IPA. Creamy coconut and juicy pineapple combine with a soft malt backbone.

Polly's Unlikely Places

There are two fresh brews from Polly’s this week. Unlikely Places is a 6% ABV IPA that combines Citra, Simcoe, and Talus hops across T90, Cryo, and Lupomax formats. It’s packed with vibrant notes of stonefruit, mango, pink grapefruit, summer berries, and lime. Tiki Grin is a 4.9% ABV pale ale. Described as “all-out tropical refreshment”, it combines Mosaic Lupomax and Luminosa for notes of tangerine, mango, guava, candied orange, and peach-mango lemonade.
