New beer launches and collaborations, in store, on bars, and online, from brewers around the UK
Fuggling Helles (5.3% ABV) is Round Corner’s Oktoberfest offering. It pours bright gold, with smooth bready malt and delicate floral and herbal aromas from 100% English Fuggle hops. “Clean and balanced, with soft, rounded bitterness and a smooth finish, it is a distinctive English lager made for generous, satisfying drinking,” says the brewer.
Prove (4.2% ABV) is a new pale ale from Elusive. The brewer used six different hops. Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe were used in the whirlpool, before dry-hopping with Mosaic, Amarillo, and Galaxy in Abstrax form. “The hops combine to bring notes of orange citrus, stonefruits, and a light herbal dankness to underpin everything.”
Stancill have two fresh beers to mark the start of autumn. Heron is a 4.2% ABV “gloriously voluptuous” nut brown ale. A precise five-malt blend gives nutty sweetness with undertones of chocolate and caramel, while late hop additions bring a spicy accent. Paisley is a 4% ABV autumn porter. Easy-drinking yet complex, typical roasted malt flavours give way to herbal and woody notes from a blend of Challenger and Admiral hops.
Siren Craft Brew has released details of its 2026 Advent calendar. The line-up features 11 styles, four Christmas cans, three “curiously creative and celebrated stouts”, and three exclusive beers which can’t be found elsewhere.
As Halloween approaches, Tartarus have three beers available in a Monster Collection package. The beers are: Frankenstein’s Monster (5.5% ABV), a key lime pie saison; Dracula’s Daughter (6% ABV), a blood orange IPA; and The Mummy (6.5% ABV), a coconut white stout.
Wild Horse have released the latest in their Elements series of beers. The 4.8% ABV hazy pale brings together New Zealand hops Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Superdelic, NZH-105, and Rakau over a soft malt base of oats and wheat. Expect vibrant layers of tropical fruit, citrus, stonefruit and red berries, with a smooth, balanced finish.
Flutter, a 6.5% ABV hazy IPA, is a new release from Beak. It brings together sweet pineapple and blueberry from Mosaic hops, with Simcoe adding resinous structure and grapefruit pith. It’s amped up with a megablend of NZ hops: pungent and dank Waimea, weedy Nectaron, and bright, passionfruit-packed Nelson Sauvin.
There’s a new IPA (5.5% ABV) from Newbarns, named after canine regular Ziggy. He has been a taproom regular since its opening in 2022, and before, too. The IPA has “a big salad of hops”, says the brewer. That’ll be Chinook, Citra, Nelson, Cashmere, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin.
