New beer launches and collaborations, in store, on bars, and online, from brewers around the UK

Pastore has launched four new brews for October. “In fact this month sees our most diverse set of releases ever,” says the brewer and blender, “with an absolute starburst of a hazy IPA, a classic dry-hopped pilsner, a luxurious oat stout full of amaretto and vanilla, and a sumptuous cherry pie sour.”

Stancill are calling their Nightshift and Scorpio beers their Dark Nights Duo. Olicana hops provide Scorpio, a 4.2% ABV pale ale, with a tropical base, while late additions of Ekuanot introduce a complicated flavour profile, complex aromas, and a spicy sting. The recipe for Nightshift porter (4.5% ABV) uses a precise blend of special malt types for the perfect balance of toasty chocolate flavours and roasted aromatics, topped off with a dose of Pilgrim hops for bitterness.

For the seventh beer in their 10th anniversary series, Elusive have collaborated with Left Handed Giant and Lupe on Legendary Fish, a 5.6% ABV West Coast pale. “For the second year of its Terranean Project, Eggers Hops released a special Nelson Sauvin hop harvested under the third new moon of 2026 in Moutere Valley, New Zealand,” says Elusive. “We’re one of just 90 breweries across the world to have access to this hop! Alongside Simcoe and Mosaic, the Egger’s Nelson brings high-intensity layers of bright grapefruit and ripe citrus with a bold, resinous edge.”

Beak have collaborated with Elmeleven, from Malmo, on Thicket, a 5% ABV smoothie sour. “Thicket is packed with silly amounts of raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry purée,” say the brewers. “Vanilla brings a rich, jammy depth, while a dash of fresh yuzu juice adds a bright, citrusy lift. Fruity, vibrant and seriously delicious.”

Northern Monk have teamed up with Cumbrian running brand VÅGA for their latest Patrons Project release, bringing together two things they love: great beer and getting outdoors. Cap in Hand is a 0.3% ABV alcohol-free hazy pale ale brewed with Citra and Mosaic for juicy citrus flavours, gentle bitterness, and a soft, full-bodied finish.

Brew York’s Tonkoko milk stout has a new variation – Millionaire’s Shortbread (4.3% ABV). “Millionaire’s Tonkoko takes our smooth, chocolatey stout base and layers it with sweet caramel, buttery biscuit, and silky chocolate sweetness for a decadent, dessert-inspired twist on the original,” says the brewer.
