New beer launches and collaborations, in store, on bars, and online, from brewers around the UK

Beer Hut Bullhouse

Beer Hut has collaborated with Bullhouse on It’s Great for the Town, a 4.3% ABV pale ale. Juicy, bright, and tropical, it’s hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Azacca. In a week of four new releases from Beer Hut, it’s the first of two collabs. The other is We Are All Made of Stars, a 6.1% ABV IPA made with Brewser. It’s dry-hopped in “copious quantities” with Citra and Mosaic for big hits of tropical fruit, bright citrus, and deep dank berry complexity. The other two brews are Fancy Foot Work, 6.2% ABV mixed berry sour, and Future Unknown, a 5.8% ABV West Coast IPA.

Stancill Moondance

Loaded with British Cascade hops, Moondance (4.5% ABV) is new from Stancill. There are intense orange flavours, with a lychee sweetness, and nature-invoking floral and pine aromas.

Crafty Devil Lucky You

There’s a new DDH hazy pale from Crafty Devil, Lucky You (5.2% ABV). With a double dry hop of Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Citra, expect a seriously juicy mix of white grape, passionfruit, and ripe tropical fruit, backed up by layers of sweet citrus, grapefruit, and stonefruit. Nelson Sauvin brings its signature wine-like character, while Nectaron and Citra pile on the tropical fruit and citrus. It’s juicy, aromatic, and easy drinking.

BBF Unstoppable

Unstoppable is a 4.5% ABV IPA from Bristol Beer Factory, a classic West Coast pale base with “progressive NZ hop power”. NZ 105 takes the lead, giving dried citrus and pine undertones, with Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin amplifying the grapefruit West Coast signature.

Elusive Green Hopper

Elusive have released their second green-hopped beer of the season. Green Hopper (4.2% ABV) is a collaboration with The Shirkers Rest pub, in London, and features the Harlequin variety. Expect heaps of orange and a little spice. Also new from Elusive is another collab, Five Minutes From The Beach (5.2% ABV), made with Neighbourhood Brew Co. It’s an American Brown Ale packed with Comet and Columbus from Crosby Hops, with a touch of Yakima Chief Hops Simcoe Cryo to balance it out. There are plenty of citrus notes and heavy, fruity dankness.

DEYA Shadows

DEYA have released a dry-hopped mixed fermentation ale, Disconnected Shadows (4.5% ABV). It’s described by the brewer as “dry, bretty, funky, with bright top notes of orange and gooseberry”.

Wild Horse Ffestbier

It’s that time of year, and Wild Horse have not one but two special Oktoberfest lagers. Ffestbier is a 5.2% ABV golden lager brewed with British malt and European hops for a crisp, smooth, and drinkable finish. Ffestbier Dark is a smooth, rich, malty 4.9% ABV lager with layers of toasted bread and biscuit flavours, rounded out by a clean, crisp finish.
