New beer launches and collaborations, in store, on bars, and online, from brewers around the UK.
There’s a double drop from Beak this week. Boop is a 5% ABV DDH pale with a creamy, soft mouthfeel, and punchy flavours of passionfruit and guava. Juicy, tropical, and very easy drinking, says the brewer. Timber is an 8% ABV DDH IPA, described as “another experiment in just how much deliciousness we can pack into one beer”. Rakau and Galaxy bring layers of apricot, peach, and resin, while Citra adds juicy, pulpy mango. Motueka rounds things out with a burst of bright lime zest.
Pineapple Krush, a 6% ABV IPA from Polly’s, is new this week. Hopped with BRU-1 and Krush, it is then accentuated with pineapple Abstrax from Skyfarm Hops for a full-on hit of fresh-cut pineapple and juicy pineapple cubes. Also new from Polly’s is Good Mood, a 5.5% ABV oat cream pale loaded with HBC-630, Mosaic, and Nelson. These bring huge notes of tangerine, cherry, raspberry, peach, and candied fruit, with hand-scraped vanilla adding an extra layer of creamy sweetness.
Blurred (4.4% ABV) is a new hazy pale from Oakham. It’s smooth and assertive, with aromatic citrus, tropical, and berry fruit flavours, with distinctive grassy, resinous, herbal hints. It’s hopped with US-sourced Idaho 7, Krush, and Comet.
Vibrant Forest reckon Many Trees, One Forest (6% ABV) might be their best IPA yet. Brewed to celebrate the business’s 15th anniversary, it’s a collaboration with a number of friends from the brewing industry. “Packed with Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka from Eggers Hops, it’s juicy, intensely aromatic, and absolutely singing with those huge New Zealand hop flavours,” says the brewer.
The hop experiments abound over at Northern Monk’s Old Flax Store. This months’ Fresh From brew (5.6% ABV) is hazy, smooth, and bursting with peach, pineapple, and the softest hint of coconut. A double dose of Dolcita and Dolcita Prysma brings a load of massive peach ring candy, caramelised pineapple, and Valencia orange.
Track’s fresh drops this week comprise something of a New Zealand hop extravaganza. First off, there’s Mood Ring (4.9% ABV), a crisp NZ Pils hopped with Motueka, before teaming up with DEYA for Garston Handshake (5.2% ABV), a pale ale hopped with Motueka, Riwaka and NZ Cascade, all sourced from Garston Hop Farm.
Next up is Pikimai (6.5% ABV), the latest release in an ongoing series, Cultivate, exploring beer as a product of agriculture. This IPA showcases Nelson Sauvin grown on the Pikimai farm. For Repertoire (8% ABV), Track’s latest DIPA, they teamed up with Freestyle to showcase Nelson Sauvin, Motuekam and Nectaron from their 2026 crop. There’s also a US pale ale. Pick Apart (5% ABV) is the brewer’s first use of Vista, paired with Citra.
California Bruv, a 4.5% ABV gluten-free pale ale from Electric Bear, is loaded with West Coast hops, in the form of Citra, Cascade, Amarillo, and Chinook. Expect pithy grapefruit upfront, backed by juicy tropical fruit and soft melon, with a light, lingering bitterness keeping things crisp and refreshing.
