Culture Night In Baile Bhuirne: 22nd September – 9 White Deer

Just a reminder that Friday, 22nd September 2023 is Culture Night. At the Brewery, we’re hosting an extraordinary art exhibition by Dolores Lyne. Dolores is a Galway-based visual artist and production designer, who’s been exploring her family history. That history is incredibly fascinating because Dolores’s grand-uncle was Liam Lynch, Chief of Staff of the Anti-Treaty IRA. She’ll be including large paintings of the secret safe houses where Lynch was sheltered and warned of imminent danger through the sound of bottle horns.
