The Oxford Brewers Alliance have made donations to four charities, following the staging of the Big Oxford Beer Bash, held earlier this year.

The festival has been held over several years now, and is sponsored by NFU Insurance. The year, the recipients of donations from the proceeds are:

  • Helen & Douglas House, a hospice in East Oxford that helps local families cope with the challenges of looking after a terminally ill baby or child;
  • The Earth Trust, at Little Wittenham, which inspires people to address climate, biodiversity, and wellbeing with the power of natural green spaces;
  • North Oxfordshire Aid, a group based in Banbury who are dedicated to supporting the people of Ukraine; and
  • The Licensed Trade Charity, which supports people who work or who have worked in the licensed drinks industry, who are facing a crisis such as mental health, housing, health issues, or money worries.

The Oxford Brewers Alliance is a non-profit collective of breweries based in the Oxford region, working together to support the local beer industry and community.
