After debuting at their Brewery Bash, Brew York have officially launched the first four beers in their 10th Birthday Series.

Brew York birthday beers

The series brings together ten international collaborators, each paired with a cultural figure who helped to reshape creativity, craft, and culture.

The beers

Velvet Starfall (11% ABV), Pasteis Nata imperial stout
Brewed in collaboration with Frontaal Brewing Company, the stout is inspired by the visionary Dutch artist Vincent van Gogh. Rich and indulgent, it layers smooth vanilla, creamy sweetness, and warming spice over a deep, velvety body.

Tropic Touch (5.5% ABV), guava, mango and apricot pastry sour
Brewed with PRIZM Brewing Co, sour is inspired by the iconic French electronic duo Daft Punk. Bursting with guava, mango, and apricot, the vibrant pastry sour balances juicy sweetness with a bright, tart finish.

Digital Future (8% ABV), DIPA
Brewed with Sudden Death Brewing Co, this double IPA is inspired by the pioneering German electronic band Kraftwerk. Bold and unapologetic, it delivers vibrant citrus, pineapple, and mango, with a juicy body and punchy hop intensity.

Hop Collider (7.2% ABV), West Coast IPA
A collaboration with To Øl, this is inspired by pioneering Danish physicist Niels Bohr. Crisp, bold, and resolutely classic, it delivers bright citrus, dank hop character, and resinous pine, finishing clean with a confident bitterness.
