Since lockdown we’ve loved having the ability to ship our beers across NI (as well as RoI and now GB as well) for safe home delivery. It has brought our beers to folk who can’t buy our beers from their local stores, fresh and direct from the brewery.

We are based right at the southern tip of the country and as a very small team we find it difficult to get our beer out to all of you, so we have just teamed up with a brand new Northern Ireland based distributor to help us get our beers into your local independent off sales. More details to follow in the coming weeks.

Launching in the coming days are three new beers in 440ml cans:

Brimstone is a New England-style Session IPA. At 4.5% alcohol by volume this is a beer that you can enjoy time and again. Pouring a hazy yellow, we have dry hopped the brew with an eclectic mix of juicy and dank American hop varieties, and fermented it with the new Verdant brand yeast from Lallemand. It’s very drinkable, with a subtle bitterness in the finish. Brimstone is a VD grade climb on the Binnian South Tor. Photo by Olivia-Catherine Rooney.

Electra is a New England-style Double IPA. It’s 8% alcohol by volume, but is deceptively drinkable. Dry hopped at 15g/l, we focussed on juicy hop varieties for this one. It’s sticky, gloriously full bodied, with tropical and stone fruit aromas. A great beer to mark the end of the long summer days. You can find the grade 5b Electra route on the North Tor of Slieve Binnian.

Hypothesis is a German Helles-style lager. Crisp, bright and clear, it’s a refreshing blend of bready pale malt and grassy Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops. At 4.4% alcohol by volume, this is an ideal beer to stock the fridge with. Thanks to ***** for the original image for the label. Hypothesis is a 4a grade climb on Bearnagh Slabs. Photo by Ian Sands.

Keep an eye out for our cans rolling out to the best bottle shops across NI in the coming weeks, or pick up a case of your favourite brew online for delivery or free collection from the brewery on Thursday afternoons.
