New beer launches and collaborations, in store, on bars, and online, from brewers around the UK

St Ives Saints Lamorna

St Ives has unveiled two new strong brews. Lamorna is a 6.2% ABV hazy, double dry-hopped New England IPA, brewed with oats and wheat for a soft  mouthfeel. Loaded with Citra Cryo and Nectaron hops, it delivers vibrant tropical fruit, backed by subtle hints of pine and spice. Land of the Saints is a 6.4% ABV rich hazy IPA, showcasing juicy peach and apricot flavours, with Mosaic and Ekuanot hops layering in vibrant stonefruit. A thick, creamy body rounds out the beer.

Balance collabs

Balance have launched two collaborations. Vienna? (5% ABV), made with Closet, is a three-year Bordeaux barrel-aged wild Vienna Lager. A bready, malted biscuit aroma remains, but a subtle funk melds with light caramel and nuanced floral, spicy hop character. The hop bitterness is refreshing, with fruity Brett adding complex layers on top of the toasty malt, oak character, and restrained acidity. The finish brings woody tannins and crisp, clean, moreish dryness. Kolsch? (also 5% ABV), created with Sureshot, has been dry hopped with aged Hallertau Blanc. There’s a bright hoppy aroma, filled with floral spice, lemon, and pear. The fruitiness continues on the palate with nectarine and sharp plum melding with an earthy funk and soft vanilla from the oak barrel.

Wild Craft Weizen

Wild Weizen is Wild Craft’s 4.4% ABV, wheat beer, a Norfolk take on an Oktoberfest favourite.

Neon Raptor Beeriodic

Neon Raptor have taken inspiration from the Far East for the latest collaborations in their ongoing alphabet series. “Say Nǐ hǎo to Temptation, a tangy fruited cocktail sour brewed with Taihu from Taipei,” says the brewer. “For the hopheads out there, say Kon’nichiwa to Ultrasound, an ultra-hoppy NEIPA brewed with Uchu Brewing from Japan.”

Amity Vapour

Vapour (5.2% ABV), from Amity, is a hazy pale built around Citra hops. It delivers “wave after wave of tropical citrus — grapefruit, lime, and ripe mango drifting through a pillowy, unfiltered body”.

The 2026 vintage of Burning Sky’s Provision is here, and it’s available in can for the first time. The tavern-strength (6.2% ABV) farmhouse beer is first fermented with saison yeast and then with a blend of Lactobacillus and Brettanomycees, while ageing in oak foudres. The result is tart, crisp, slightly sour, and very refreshing.

Electric Bear Figgy

Figgy in the Middle (8.4% ABV) is a thick, indulgent stout from Electric Bear, loaded with fig. Layers of squishy dried fruit and Liquorice Allsorts sweetness are wrapped up in a big, silky body. Expect sticky treacle and the rich, boozy sweetness of a proper winter fruit cake.

Polly's Pulse Vector

Pulse Vector (6.2% ABV) is a West Coast IPA from Polly’s which pays homage to the original US craft pioneers. “Showcasing Prysma Cascade hops from BarthHaas, fermented with US-05 and finished with a light haze, it’s a classic style brought firmly into 2026,” says the brewer. Also new is Hop Foil, a 5.6% ABV pale, double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Nectaron.

Brew York BA Bourbon

Empress Tonkoko is back as part of Brew York’s State of Mind series. Bourbon BA Empress Tonkoko 2026 is a luxurious imperial milk stout aged for one year in a St Augustine bourbon barrel. Sip on notes of aromatic vanilla, creamy tonka, bean and toasted coconut infused with rich oak, caramel, and spirit notes from the barrel.
