Beer and food are two sides of a culinary coin. But while it’s common in restaurants and other places to carefully match food with wine, food and beer pairings are rare. Craft brewers themselves of course see things differently and think about these food and beer matches.
Both Spanish craft brewery, Basqueland Brewing (@basquelandbrewing3507) and Irish craft brewer Hopfully Brewing (@hopfullybrewingco4981) spend some extra time considering and encouraging these food and beer matches.
