@OmegaYeast are the only commercial providers of the famous Jovaru farmhouse yeast from Lithuania.
Having been lucky enough to visit Jovaru and taste their farmhouse beers I assumed the complexity came from a mixed culture. Lance Chaser, the founder of Omega told me that no, it’s a single strain.
