Can traditional African beers appeal to modern beer drinkers? Can they cross-over without losing their authenticity? Should we even try?

This was the big question from our live beer webinar on Traditional African Brewing.

Our guests included three of the leading craft breweries in Africa, who alos happen to be experts in traditional African brewing methods: 🇿🇦South African craft brewery Tolokazi, Kweza Brewing – the first 🇷🇼Rwandan craft brewery and Bature Brewery of Nigeria 🇳🇬

This was taken from the first of three sessions about African brewing, including traditional brewing, craft brewing in Africa, and African influences on American craft brewing arranged in partnership with The Chicago Brewseum.
