Crafty Brewing has launched an officially licensed English Heritage drinks range, comprising a session IPA, a lager, and a cider.

Crafty Brewing English Heritage

Each product celebrates one of England’s most treasured historic sites, while helping to support the charity’s conservation work. For every purchase made, a proportion of the proceeds will go to English Heritage and help to preserve more than 400 of the charity’s historic sites.

The beers are:

  • Castle Stone IPA (4.2%ABV) Inspired by the fresh sea air and bright white cliffs beneath Dover Castle, Castle Stone is a pale, easy-drinking IPA, with upfront citrus and a hint of tropical fruit, balanced by a brisk, refreshing bitterness. (brewer’s notes)
  • Solstice Sunset Lager (4.4% ABV) Inspired by the long evenings and big skies of Stonehenge at midsummer, this is a crisp golden pilsner with a smooth malt backbone, light floral hops, and a clean, dry finish.
  • Abbey Orchard Cider (4.6% ABV) Inspired by the stones of Rievaulx Abbey and its orchard-dotted valley, this is a crisp, fruit-forward cider that marries fresh-pressed apple aroma with gentle sweetness and a smooth, balanced finish.

“We’re incredibly proud to partner with English Heritage on this range,” said Luke Herman, founder of Crafty Brewing. “England’s historic sites tell the story of our nation, and we wanted to create drinks that people can enjoy while also knowing they’re helping to protect these special places for future generations.

“The partnership brings together two things people love — great British brewing and great British heritage.”

The range has been developed for a wide variety of retail and hospitality channels, including heritage attractions, gift shops, garden centres, farm shops, independent retailers, pubs, and the export market.
