The brewing team at Butcombe Brewing Co have cause for celebration, having scooped three gold medals at this year’s British Bottlers’ Institute (BBI) competition.

Judges awarded gold to Butcombe Original, Rare Breed Pale Ale, and Goram IPA Zero.
“Wow, what a result!” said head brewer Mike Jordan. “To receive gold medals for all three entries is fantastic, especially against such stiff competition.
“Butcombe Original continues to grow in popularity and is now the South West’s favourite beer. Goram IPA Zero is a real favourite, with a trophy cabinet to match, and Rare Breed, our collaboration with Adam Henson, is an absolute winner.
“These gold medals pay testament to the hard work and innovation of our excellent brewing team, who work tirelessly to create products our customers love.”
