Beak Brewery have launched a trio of Harvest beers, celebrating their hand-selected hops from the Yakima Chief harvest.

Beak Harvest

Harvest #1 is a double dry-hopped pale (5% ABV) loaded with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo, backed up by Citra and Idaho 7. Expect notes of ripe mango, blueberry and peach, layered with zesty citrus, soft tropical fruit, and a touch of dank resin.

Harvest #2 is double dry-hopped IPA (6.5% ABV) packed with punchy Citra and Citra Cryo, supported by Mosaic and Idaho 7. Bright bursts of lime and grapefruit lead into juicy tangerine, passionfruit, and a subtle piney edge.

Harvest #3 is a double IPA (8% ABV) loaded with Idaho 7 and Idaho 7 Cryo, bringing sweet pineapple character, backed up by Citra and Mosaic. Big tropical notes of pineapple and mango dominate, with layers of citrus peel, stonefruit, and a gentle resinous finish.
