An Irishman and a Belgian who used to be vets, now we brew Belgian-style beer by hand in the West of Ireland.
We love beer, especially Belgian beer. Bart is Belgian and over the years Cillian has come to love the Belgian styles of beer. We decided that within 5 years we would be running a successful microbrewery specialising in Belgian style beers.
