Anniversary ale trail from West Dorset CAMRA

As part of West Dorset CAMRA’s 50th anniversary celebrations, the group has organised an ale trail with five sub-trails. It’s operational until 31st August.

The pubs included are those which have been in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide the most times, and which have agreed to be involved. The aim is to increase footfall across the pubs, without making the event too onerous for the pub staff.

The overarching trail is split into five sub-trails, colour coded, and within reasonable geographical proximity. The idea, of course, is to get us visiting pubs which we might not have been to before.

The pubs involved have been supplied with inked stamps to create a record of visits. Any drink qualifies for a stamp — not only real ale — and soft drinks are included.

Find out more about the trail and download a guide here.
