Part of the city’s pub scene for more than a decade, The Bath Brew House has re-opened its doors following a full refurbishment.

The Young’s-owned brewpub is building on its strong heritage, while introducing a series of characterful updates to become a go-to for all-day, all-occasion visits.
At its core remains the award-winning microbrewery, where beers are crafted just metres from the bar. Led by head brewer Max Cadman, the range spans everything from smooth cask ales to bold craft brews and crisp lagers.
Signature serves like Gladiator and Emperor draw inspiration from Bath’s Roman past. There is also a rotating line-up of seasonal pours, from rich chocolate stouts to punchy, hop-forward IPAs.
Inside, the refurbishment brings a layered redesign that leans into the pub’s playful personality, mixing industrial style with eclectic, beer-hall energy.
Upstairs, the Tank Room overlooks the working brewery and offers a flexible private hire space for up to 50 guests, complete with its own bar and audio visual setup.

Outside, one of Bath’s largest beer gardens has been re-imagined as a standout social space, ready for the warmer months. A new Burger Shack takes centre stage. There is also a new outdoor bar and five bookable huts, each with its own private screen, setting the scene for group gatherings and celebrations.
The wider menus, spearheaded by head chef Ash Smith, have also been refreshed, with a stronger focus on relaxed, sociable dining. There is an emphasis on bar snacks and sharers, made to go hand-in-hand with the house brews.
