We are delighted to announce that we are once more adding to our team and we’re looking for an experienced Cellar Brewer to join us here in Ballyfermot. This involves guiding our wort through fermentation, maturation and everything in between to produce the delicious beers that people know and love.
The responsibilities of this role include carrying out CIP processes, monitoring fermentations, dry hopping, sensory evaluation, ensuring beer is in spec for the Packaging Team, maintaining standards, ensuring targets are met, and straight up putting in the graft to keep the wheels on the cart day to day.
