Dedicated non-alcoholic cider brand CHANCE Clean Cider has announced plans to raise up to £1 million to accelerate growth across UK and international markets.

Founded by former Lucky Saint and CROSSIP executive John Logue, the business is targeting what it sees as a significant opportunity in an underdeveloped category.
Despite cider being worth £3 billion in the UK, only about one-third of pubs currently offer a non-alcoholic cider, while demand for moderation continues to grow.
Founded in 2024, CHANCE was created to address this gap, bringing a premium, modern approach to cider for consumers looking to moderate without compromising on taste, quality, or experience.
Produced in partnership with Aston Manor, using 100% British cider apples, the brand combines traditional cider-making expertise with a contemporary proposition.
CHANCE is now stocked in more than 1,000 venues across the UK, including a national rollout with Prezzo Italian, alongside listings in Michelin-starred restaurants. The brand has also built strong direct-to-consumer performance, becoming the UK’s top premium British non-alcoholic cider on Amazon.
The company’s board is chaired by Gareth Bath, formerly of Distill Ventures, BrewDog, and Curious Drinks. The fundraise will accelerate growth across on-trade, e-commerce, and off-trade retail, alongside expanding international opportunities and launching CHANCE on draught. The business will also scale its team to support the next phase of expansion.
“We’ve seen what’s happened in beer, where incredible non-alcoholic brands have redefined the category,” said Logue. “Cider hasn’t had that moment yet. CHANCE is about creating it, and building a brand that can lead that change.”
