You may have seen our pop-up! Today, We have news of a significant change in our operations at 9 White Deer. Over the past few weeks, our team has been diligently working through unforeseen challenges related to the supply of D-Type couplers for our kegs.

Despite our best efforts, circumstances beyond our control have led us to a crucial decision: a pivot to using S-Type couplers instead of D-Type on our 20-liter kegs.

First and foremost, we want to extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Consistency and familiarity are key components of enjoying 9 White Deer kegs.

However, we firmly believe this change will allow us to continue providing you with the highest-quality draught.

So, what does this mean for you? Effective immediately, all 20-litre kegs sold by 9 White Deer will be compatible with S-Type Couplers. This may require a slight adjustment, particularly if you’ve been accustomed to using D-Type couplers. Yet, the alternative is that no kegs are shipped, as D-Type couplers have proven so hard to come by.

I hope you understand that the call had to be made. Rest assured, we’re here to guide you through this transition and address any questions or concerns you may have.
