Off Trade – This role enables you to take active ownership of the above territory, driving brand presence, distribution and sales through the Off-trade channel.
As a Territory Manager for Rye River Brewing Co, you can really embed yourself within the industry and build strong and lasting relationships while building our brand availability, visibility, awareness and distribution.
On Trade – This person will be responsible for managing direct and indirect customers while working closely with local wholesale distributors. The role involves developing and maintaining commercial relationships, driving sales growth while achieving company value and volume business targets.
Work closely with Pubs, Restaurants and Hotels to ensure effective representation and sales of Rye River Brewing Companies products, providing necessary support and resources, and optimising their performance
Experience in selling to the On Trade with a strong level of industry knowledge is desirable
To be successful in this role you will need to be adaptable and able to use your positive attitude and friendly nature to build robust and valuable working relationships all the while owning and driving results in the role.
· Actively promote Rye River Brewing Company’s portfolio within the licensed trade
· Maintain regular calls and build strong trading relationships within all accounts in your territory
· Influence orders, merchandise & build distribution of Company’s brands within all accounts by driving visibility of the Company’s brands through new distribution and securing secondary displays
· Introducing New Products within accounts
· Develop comprehensive knowledge of your territory
· Complete audits in accounts using CRM system
· Completion of regular reviews to National Accounts & On Trade Manager
· Achieve pre-determined quarterly objectives on sales targets & distribution KPI’s
Product visibility at the point of purchase is a key activity within this role!
· Ability to work independently
· Ideally, you will have some previous On or Off-trade experience and a drinks industry background
· A full clean driving licence, you will be provided with a vehicle and all the tools needed
· Accountability for the performance of your territory
· Some familiarity with stock systems and retail management systems
· Excellent communication, good discipline, interest in the industry and a desire to succeed
· Microsoft Office
