Field Sales Territory Representative

Area:   Louth, Meath, Cavan, Monaghan, Longford, Westmeath, Offaly, North Tipperary

Permanent | Full Time

Field Sales Territory Representative Role Profile

This role enables you to take active ownership of the territory, driving brand presence and sales through Off-trade customers. The Territory includes the following territory: Louth, Meath, Westmeath, Monaghan, Cavan, Longford, Offaly, North Tipperary.

As a Field Sales Territory Representative for Rye River Brewing Co., you can really embed yourself within the industry and build strong and lasting relationships while building our brands presence and awareness.

To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter and will be using your positive attitude and friendly nature in building robust and valuable working relationships all the while owning and driving results in the territory.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Build strong trading relationships within all accounts
  • New Business Development
  • Merchandise & build distribution of Company’s brands within all accounts
  • Driving visibility of the Company’s brands through new distribution and securing secondary displays
  • Introducing New Products within Accounts
  • To develop comprehensive knowledge of your territory
  • Construct journey plan and complete audits in accounts using CRM system
  • Completion of regular reviews to National Accounts Manager
  • Influencing orders and increased distribution in stores
  • Achieve pre-determined quarterly objectives on sales targets & distribution KPI’s
  • Reporting any competitor activity deemed relevant

Product visibility at the point of purchase is a key activity within this role!

Key Experience and Skills needed:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ideally, you will have some previous Off-trade experience and a drinks industry background
  • A full clean driving licence, you will be provided with a vehicle and all the tools needed
  • Some familiarity with stock systems and retail management systems
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good humour, interest in the industry and a desire to succeed
