We’ve increased our capacity from tiny to small, and with that comes more bubbles and more people joining our team. So here’s what we’ve got.

Junior Brewer: No experience required. Come with the passion, build your skills with us.

‘Yeah we’ve just started but are looking for someone with 50 years experience in doing processes invented last month’. Sick of hearing this and need a good place to start?

We know how hard it is to get your foot in the door so we’re hiring a candidate who’s all passion and ready to start their journey and learn from us. You’ll be enrolled of our program of cellar mastery, working up to wort production and learning from our other sections like our lab, our packaging team and working on our barrel program and getting you all your certs before taking on a more senior role with us and continuing your journey. If this sounds like the job for you hit us up and we’ll start you on your journey to being a beer boss.

Cellar Brewer: 1-2 years experience.

We’re also looking for a proper wort wrangler. We run a busy cellar here with 15FV’s, 4BBT’s and a whole lot of love. If you’re a brewer who does the real shit like CIP’s, morning analysis, discussing the fine details of every part of a ferment, dry hop and lagering schedule; we want to hear from you. We want someone who’s super technical, wants to have input and wants to get involved improving everything we do. If you’re up for joining the greatest sports team the Irish craft beer industry has ever produced we want to hear from you.

Contact alex [at] whiplashbeer.com with a quick cover letter and short CV under the header of Junior Brewer or Cellar Brewer and we’ll chat. Please also direct any queries about the role to Alex.
