Senior Brewer 

Responsibilities and duties

  • Able to brew independently following training on our equipment
  • Looking after fermentation, conditioning and transfers.
  • Cleaning of Brewery and warehouse
  • Kegging, Canning, Bottling, labelling, packaging as required.
  • Back up to Head Brewer where required
  • Keg washing and cleaning as required
  • Helping out at Craft beer festivals
  • Line cleaning, tap installation when required
  • Assist the team in putting together craft beer recipes
  • Other as required in any small team

The above list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to be flexible in the role and carry out alternative tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

What do we want

  • Passion for Craft beer
  • Ideally a Min. 2 years experience working as a Brewer in a commercial Brewery
  • Kegging, Canning and or bottling experience
  • Certificate of Brewing qualification
  • Able to drive a forklift truck
  • Good fit to the team
  • Physically able to lift 25kg bags of malt and repetitive lifting of up to 15Kg cases of beer
  • Hands on flexible person
  • Ideally a Full Clean drivers Licence
