Part-Time Brewery Assistant – Join Our Independent Microbrewery!

Are you passionate about craft beer and eager to get hands-on experience in a working brewery? We’re looking for a dedicated Part-Time Brewery Assistant to join our team and support our head brewer in day-to-day operations.

About Us

We’re an independent microbrewery with a passion for creating high-quality, small-batch beers. Our team is driven by craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a love for brewing. Now, we need an extra pair of hands to help keep things running smoothly!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting with packaging beer, including kegging and canning.

  • Maintaining cleanliness in the brewery—cleaning tanks, floors, and equipment to keep everything spotless.

  • Supporting the brewing process with any necessary tasks.

  • Handling raw materials, moving kegs, and assisting with stock organization.

  • Helping out with any other duties as required—every day is different!

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

  • A keen interest in craft beer and the brewing process.

  • Ability to work in a physical environment—lifting bags of malt, working on your feet, and handling cleaning tasks.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.

  • A positive attitude and a team player mindset.

What We Offer

  • A hands-on role in an exciting and growing industry.

  • The chance to learn about brewing from an experienced head brewer.

  • A friendly and passionate team that loves what we do.

  • Beer perks, of course!

This is a part-time role. 12 hours a week, typically Wednesday 9-2 and Friday 9-4. Ideal for someone looking to get experience in the brewing industry.

Interested? Drop us a an email to gareth@mournemountainsbrewery.com with your CV, a bit about yourself and why you’d love to work with us. Cheers! 🍻
