The following link is a short film produced by the Local Enterprise office and their Green for Micro Scheme. It gives a small insight into what our ethos is regarding the environment and sustainability, and also it’s a beautiful showcase for gorgeous Kenmare.

OK, so what have a flock of sheep got to do with brewing beer and sustainability… we worked out how to convert our spent grain into silage, we applied for a flock number, fed the sheep with our beautiful spent grain, home reared, no antibiotics what a result!
