Brazilian craft brewing is innovative and varied. One thing that sets it apart is the availability of exotic Amazonian wood for barrels. These can impart notes and flavours that we’re not used to.

Rapha from Portugese craft brewery Wildery Brutal Blends gave us an insight into the impact the wood is likely to have during a wide ranging chat that included 🇩🇪 German craft brewers Simian Ales and De Lütte, and 🇵🇹Portuguese craft brewery Lupum.
