Luke’s Drink

Luke's Drink

Ingredients:
• Lucky Saint – 150ml
• Picon Bi ère – 30ml
• Garnish with an orange slice

First up, is Luke’s Drink. Our founder’s favourite. Best served ice-cold and lightly stirred. Pour a shot of Picon Bi ère over ice, then fill the glass with a chilled Lucky Saint. The bitter orange compliments the citrus notes in our pilsner-style lager.

Lucky Saint Sbagliato

Lucky Saint Spagliato

Ingredients:
• Lucky Saint – 125ml
• Everleaf Forest – 15ml
• Cocchi di Torino – 15ml
• Campari – 15ml
• Garnish with an orange slice

A sophisticated aperitif. This serve deserves a seat at the table. Pour a chilled Lucky Saint into a cocktail highball, then add Everleaf Forest, Cocchi Di Torino and Campari to create a refreshing yet bitter serve. Fill your glass with ice and garnish with a fresh orange slice.

Pentire Radler

Pentire Radler

Ingredients:
• Lucky Saint – 100ml
• Pentire Adrift – 35ml
• Fresh Lemon Juice – 15ml
• Agave – 1 tbsp
• Garnish with a lemon slice

The ultimate summer serve. Using fresh botanicals foraged from the Cornish coastline, non-alcoholic spirit Pentire Adrift gives your Radler an elevated botanical base. Pour a chilled Lucky Saint into your glass of choice. Squeeze in 15ml of lemon juice and add a tbsp of agave for a hint of sweetness.

Spicy Michelada

Spicy Michelada

Ingredients:
• Lucky Saint – 125ml
• Hot Sauce – 10ml
• Agave – 10ml
• Lime Juice – 25ml
• Garnish with a fresh wedge of cucumber

Forgo the Bloody Mary next Sunday brunch and swap it for a Spicy Michelada. For a kick on first sip, rim your glass with Tajin. Add 10ml of sriracha to your glass of Lucky Saint and a hint of agave for sweetness. To balance out the flavours squeeze 25ml of fresh lime juice into your glass and be generous with your stir. To cool things down, garnish with a fresh wedge of cucumber.
