The first of a new occasional series tracking the opening of @checkerheadbrewing of Vancouver
Checkerhead is not actually live yet, and what we’re planning to do is to track his progress over the next few months.
The first chat was obviously be about where the brewery is today and the challenges in getting there.
We’ll also discussed David’s background as a comedy juggler, how that street performer outlook is so like brewing, as well as his ambition to keep the brewery small.
