During our recent talk on how African Brewing is influencing American Brewing it was clear that all participants saw the beer as a way to introduce African culture to the wider public. But everyone was realistic about how immediate the influence could be.
As Kofi Meroe of Washington DC’s Sankofa Brewery explains, small steps can still add up to a large impact.
