Brew York has announced a new collaboration with Britpop legends Shed Seven to celebrate their milestone 30th anniversary tour.
Liquid Gold, a 5.4% ABV hazy IPA, is the second limited edition beer released by Brew York in partnership with Shed Seven this year.
With the tour kicking off on Thursday (14th November), a selection of venues will be pouring the beer.
“After the success of the Homecoming beer this summer, we’re really excited to team up with Brew York again for the 30th anniversary tour,” said Shed Seven bassist Tom Gladwin (pictured).
“We hope our fans get the chance to head out and try the new brew — I might see you in there for a pre-show pint myself. I’ve tried it, and it’s got a nice Christmassy vibe!”
As an added treat, selected venues will also be serving Sherlocks Pilsner on draught. This special brew pays tribute to fellow Yorkshire band, The Sherlocks, who will be joining Shed Seven on tour as their support act.
Key venues where fans can enjoy Liquid Gold and Sherlocks Pilsner on tap include:
- The Head of Steam, Sheffield, 14th November
- The Head of Steam, Cardiff, 15th November
- Dead Crafty, Liverpool, 16th November
Brew York is releasing a limited run of Liquid Gold and Homecoming in cans, available both in-store and online from tomorrow (12th November).
