Beer Today’s rundown of new brews, brewing projects, and collaborations, in a slightly longer form than the home page news in brief.

To mark their eighth anniversary, Pomona Island have created a trio of Infinity-dubbed beers.
Infinity IPA (6.5%) is a collaboration with Makemake, experimenting with fermentation profile and hop additions to create a thiol-driven, ester-heavy beer with heady stonefruit aromas. It’s hopped with Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, Nectaron, and Strata.
With Canada’s Third Moon, they’ve created an 8.2% ABV DIPA, working on new techniques to cram as much body and hop aroma in as possible, with several hop formats, carefully staged timings, and a different fermentation path than usual.
The third beer is a 5% ABV smoothie sour, created with Ophiussa, from Portugal. More than a tonne of fruit puree was added to the beer before packaging and pasteurising for a thick tropical beer packed with mango, guava, passionfruit, and peach.

Three Arms (4% ABV) is a Burning Sky beer originally brewed for three London pubs with the word arms in their names — The Sutton Arms, Wenlock Arms, and Kings Arms.
An easy-drinking session pale, brewed with Maris Otter and a hint of Munich malts, it has been fermented with a fruit-forward yeast strain that remains crisp, but showcases the hops, with notes of gooseberry, lychee, and citrus.
Also new from Burning Sky, in a big release, are: Just Peachy, a 4.8% ABV pale ale; Entangled Ale, with Motueka (4.4% ABV); Doppelbock (7% ABV); Framboise, a 6.5% ABV blend of spontaneously-fermented and barrel-aged beers; Provision 2025 (6.7% ABV), a tavern-strength farmhouse beer; and Coolship 2025 (6.5% ABV), a blend of spontaneously-fermented beers brewed between 2021 to 2024.

Wiper and True have revealed their trio of Christmas beers — a returning favourite, a stronger re-brew, and a newcomer.
Plum Pudding Porter (6.7% ABV) is making a comeback, with a new look, and Cherry Bomb is back, with its ABV up to 5.2% ABV, vibrant and sour with fresh cherry goodness from 400kg of the fruit.
The new beer is a re-imagining of the brewer’s milk stout, Salted Caramel Shake (5.6% ABV). “Layers of creamy vanilla and hints of cocoa balance perfectly with dark roasted malts, all finished with a swirl of salted caramel,” says the brewer.

Kiwi Aura ’25, from Left Handed Giant, is a series showcasing the unique terroir and dedicated growers of New Zealand.
The latest showcases Clayton Hops, based in the Tasman region, who harvest more than 1,300 acres. The 6.8% ABV West Coast IPA is hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Clayton’s own CIP 014 — a unique bio-transformative addition for the classic NZ Sauvignon character — and CIP 076, with a high oil content lending a fragrance of orange blossom and ripe peach.

There’s a trio of new releases from Brew York this week, including a low-alcohol lager, Bald Eagle, as just 0.5% ABV. Clean, refreshing, and crisp, as one would expect from the style, it also has a gentle hint of spice.
Dragon’s Bite (5.9% ABV) is the latest in the Nine Realms series, marking the brewery’s ninth anniversary. It features beers inspired by the Nine Realms of Norse mythology, and the latest — a collaboration with Haand Bryggeriet and Kveik Yeastery — is a Kveik IPA.
Also new from Brew York is Hex Appeal, a 5.5% ABV guava and kiwi fruited IPA.
