Cambridgeshire’s Pastore Brewing and Blending are marking their sixth anniversary with the release of four celebratory beers.

“For this anniversary, we’ve focused on making four wildly different beers that personify where we are at now as a brewery,” says the brewer.
The beers
White Grape Tavola (4% ABV)
A wild ale made with Citra and coriander seeds, conditioned on Essex grape skins, piquette-style. It’s funky, spritzy, bursting with white grape and lime, acidic, and dry. And it’s conditioned in the can.
Ram Lite (4.2% ABV)
A straightforward, no-nonsense, American-style lager made with maize. Ice cold, refreshing, and versatile.
Double Crema Dream Cake (7% ABV)
A massive Pastore smoothie sour conditioned on 500 g/l of blackberries, blackcurrants, strawberries, and bananas. Finished with coconuts and vanilla. Rich and thick, cake in Pastore sour beer form.
Catch The Breeze (5% ABV)
A zippy, zesty, classic Pastore sour, made with cherries, plums, white peaches, lime, and motueka. Abstract and complex, bursting with notes of soft pillowy Motueka, peach pie, cherry tangfastics, and lime zest.
