Brewlab is looking for the next generation of brewers, and those already in the industry who want to develop their skills, to grab a place on its diploma course.

The diploma in British and international brewing technology is the ideal training course for those wanting to expand their expertise and brew to their best of their ability, says Brewlab.
“The nine-week training course is our longest and most comprehensive course, providing all the knowledge and skills you need to become a professional brewer,” said a spokesperson.

“The course has an unparalleled practical focus, with at least seven practical brew days dispersed throughout the course, where students gain the opportunity to formulate their own recipes, apply theory into practice, and get as creative and as innovative as they desire.”
Alongside getting hands-on in the brewery, students also gain access to Brewlab’s laboratory, getting familiar with lab techniques and understanding methods to carry out quality control on their products. Brewlab places great importance on quality control and assurance and has an equal amount of focus on laboratory techniques, as well as the brewing process itself.
“A huge number of our graduates are now operating their own microbreweries,” says Brewlab. Find out more about the course here.
