Land & Labour are the pioneers of spontaneous fermentation beers in Ireland and have developed an enviable reputation as among the best independent craft breweries in Ireland.
This is despite (or because) Land & Labour is the side project of Tom Delaney, the head brewer at pioneering brewery Galway Bay.
