In early April we welcomed our good friend Alex from Lost and Grounded to the brewery to brew up a beautiful new beer for the Crossbreed Series.
Brewed using Hoppin Pils yeast and dry hopped with Idaho 7 and Huell Melon, this is a modern style lager that delivers aromas of biscuity malt and apricot with a citrus sweetness.
Releasing into the wild Monday May 1st in all good independent off licences and at the Wicklow Wolf Taproom.
