Kirkstall Brewery is launching a series of small-batch specials, and first out of the blocks is Cucumberjack, a 4% ABV cucumber pale ale.
Each beer in the series will be crafted to showcase unique flavours, playful twists, and experimental ingredients, says Kirkstall. Brewers are selecting hops, malts, and accents to create limited-run beers that are as inventive as they are refreshing.
With Cucumberjack, crisp cucumber leads on the nose, while Fuggle and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops weave together delicate green and floral notes.
“Light, balanced, and endlessly drinkable, it’s bold enough to stand out yet subtle enough to sip all afternoon,” says the brewer.
