Brewing can be a very technical operation.

During a craft brewer roundtable three Irish craft brewers from craft breweries Hopfully, Blacks, and Wicklow we got a glimpse of that as the talk turned to hops and how the different varieties have different profiles in both the amount and rate at which they transfer oils to the beer.
