The Brewery Workers’ Union (BWU), a section of the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW), has released a new resource for brewery employees. Don’t Suffer In Silence is a step-by-step guide to dealing with problems at work.

IWW Brewery Workers Union

The booklet is designed to help brewery workers identify, document, and challenge unfair treatment and unsafe working conditions.

From unpaid labour and bullying to harassment and exploitative conditions, it offers clear steps and advice for taking action, collectively and effectively.

“Too many people in the brewing industry suffer in silence or are forced to leave jobs they love because of preventable issues,” said a spokesperson from the BWU.

“This guide is about changing that. It’s about giving workers the tools to stand their ground, get support, and win real improvements in the workplace.”

The guide can be downloaded here.
