David Holliday, owner of Moon Gazer Ale, in Norfolk, is setting out on his latest charity beer push on Wednesday — seven ultra marathons in seven days.

In total, it’s a 210-mile challange, pushing a 75kg beer cask. The route centres on Norwich, where a lot of Moon Gazer brews are enjoyed.
“The aim is simple — to make young men aware of testicular cancer,” says David. “No young man need die of this cancer, but sadly they do. Awareness can stop these needless deaths by ensuring early diagnosis.”
For several years now David has been working with testicular cancer awareness charity It’s On The Ball. The group also supports patients and their families.
There are four simple ways you can help to make a real difference:

“If you can’t help that’s fine,” adds David. “But please, do one thing — ask a young man you know if they are aware of testicular cancer. If they aren’t, you may well have just saved their life. Simple as that.”
