Wimbledon Brewery are celebrating a gold award for XXXK Vintage Ale 2025 at the South East Indie Beer Awards, in the cask speciality amber to dark beer category.
It will go forward to the national finals at SIBA’s BeerX event next year. But there’s a chance to try it before then.
Wimbledon Brewery are hosting a vertical tasting event on Sunday, 7th September, when they will be opening some of their stash of the Whisky Barrel-Aged Vintage from 2019, and the Original 2017 Vintage.
This will be the very first time that all three XXXK vintages — 2017, 2019 and 2025 — will be available together, presented with their back story by master brewer Derek Prentice. They will be accompanied by delicious English cheeses from Local Cheese Cave.
