Butcombe Brewing Co is welcoming a new addition to the bar pumps this summer, thanks to a collaboration with Shandy Shack.

Butcome shandy

Tall Tales Tropical Shandy sees Butcombe’s Tall Tales Pale Ale blended with juicy mango and passionfruit, with the help of Shandy Shack. It comes in at just 2.8% ABV.

“We’ve really enjoyed working with the team at Shandy Shack, bringing Tall Tales Tropical Shandy to life,” said Butcombe Group marketing director, Bruce Rowland.

“As drinking habits continue to change, it is vital that we adapt and innovate, keep ahead of trends, and make sure we’re offering our customers plenty of choice. It’s great to see shandy very much back in the spotlight.

“At just 2.8% ABV, Tall Tales Tropical Shandy is perfect for those looking to sip mindfully without missing out on flavour.  Shandy Shack’s expertise in blending fruity flavours pairs effortlessly with the crisp, tropical hop notes of Tall Tales Pale Ale, creating a shandy which is light, vibrant, and endlessly drinkable.”

Tall Tales Tropical Shandy will be available in pubs across the south of England.

Tom Stevens, co-founder of Shandy Shack, said: “It’s been a pleasure working with Butcombe Brewing Co to bring something a little different to bars across the South. Their brewing chaps made this an easy one to get excited about, and we can’t wait to see the pints flying out.”
