Brooklyn Brewery has collaborated with London’d Yard Sale Pizza to bring a taste of New York to the British capital during September.

The venue will be serving up ‘The Notorious P.I.E.’ — a slice of Brooklyn available for collection, delivery, or those dining in.
Inspired by the borough that both Brooklyn Brewery and its famous brewmaster Garrett Oliver call home — and by its iconic pizzerias — this exclusive Yard Sale Pizza recipe was crafted in collaboration with Garrett himself.
The slice of Brooklyn starts with a tomato and fior de latte base, layered with vodka sauce — an Italian American twist. Topped with sliced chorizo and a kick of red chilli flakes, parmesan, and oregano — a non-negotiable on every NYC slice, according to Garrett — it is finished with fresh basil.
A vegetarian option is also available, featuring romano and peppadew peppers in place of the chorizo, just like the ones Garrett grows in his own garden.
Customers can purchase the ‘Brooklyn Bundle’, which includes an 18-inch pizza and two beers — Brooklyn Brewery’s The Stonewall Inn IPA.
“This collab with Yard Sale is our shout-out to the great slice shops of Brooklyn — big flavours, lots of laughs, and that eye-opening spark when an awesome beer meets a slice that’s coming correct,” said Garrett.
“We can’t wait for people to grab a bite (and pint) of the action. Pizza and beer just naturally belong together, and when it’s done right, it’s pure magic.”
Nick Buckland, co-founder of Yard Sale Pizza, added: “We’ve always loved the scene over in New York, and it’s been great to create a brand new pizza inspired by what’s currently happening over there.”
