Brookfield Drinks has secured the exclusive UK distribution rights for La Goudale, a popular independent French beer brewed by Brasserie Goudale.

“As a business, we’re proud to welcome another internationally renowned brand into the Brookfield Drinks portfolio,” said chief executive Nigel McNally.

“La Goudale is a name that carries heritage, quality, and strong consumer appeal, and we’re thoroughly excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for the brand in the UK market.

“With a listing already secured in Morrisons, we believe La Goudale is perfectly positioned for long-term growth. We look forward to working closely with the team at La Goudale to realise the full potential of this exceptional brand.”

Magda Van Beek, sales director at Brasserie Goudale, said: “We’re delighted to partner with Brookfield Drinks as our exclusive distributor in the UK.

“Their ability to successfully grow and manage brands across multiple channels, combined with their commercial agility, made them a natural choice. We’re excited about what’s to come.”

With an existing listing in Morrisons, Brookfield Drinks is now focused on replicating the success it achieved with the Super Bock brand, seeing a 70% increase in volume year on year.
