When the Russians launched their invasion of Ukraine the brewing community around the world responded by brewing beers whose profits went to support refugees.
One of the most visible projects was Brew For Ukraine which was put together in a matter of days, open sourcing labels and recipes from Ukranian craft brewery @PravdaBeer in Lviv.
The founder of Pravda explained how a switch from making beer to Molotov cocktails gained them a lot of publicity which they leveraged along with the Federation of Beer to create the project.
